Baylee Barradas Scholarship Fund

To honor Baylee’s life and enduring spirit, First Place has established the Baylee Barradas Scholarship Fund.

Baylee was one of the first Transition Academy students. She filled our world with music, smiles, animated conversations and a fervent desire to live more independently. Baylee was a trusted and thoughtful friend and neighbor to many, often inviting others to join her for live music or to prepare and enjoy community meals—along with many celebrations.

Guided by Baylee’s big-heartedness and the cheerleader rooted in her DNA, this scholarship offers others the chance to succeed.
