Be Ready® Jobseekers

Working with jobseekers to help them succeed in inclusive, accommodating workplaces.

Be ready to get a job and succeed!

The Be Ready job readiness program can help prepare you to thrive in a more neuro-inclusive workplace.

The free program provides:

  • Assessment: Interests, skills, training and potential challenges are determined through self-assessment tools and interviews.
  • Preparation: Based on assessed job readiness, upskill and new skills training is provided through curricula and one-one-one support and connect with wrap around services.
  • Job Matching (FUTURE): Utilizing the information gathered during assessment and preparation, we employ a job-matching process with Pipeline AZ that aligns the unique strengths, interests and abilities of neurodivergent individuals with suitable job opportunities. By considering factors such as work environment preferences, sensory needs and specific skill sets, we help create a higher likelihood of successful, sustainable job placements.

Be Ready learners have the right to appeal academic and non-academic decisions they consider unfair or inaccurate. A learner may appeal decisions made about them and have those concerns addressed through a formal review process. Complaints need to be in writing and submitted via email to the Be Ready Program Director. The Program Director will review the complaint to determine if it can be resolved or if the Learner Support Committee should be convened to review the grievance. The Learner Support Committee will make an initial determination within 30 calendar days from receipt of the complaint. The decision will be delivered in writing by email from the Program Director to the learner. If the learner does not agree with the committee’s determination they may appeal within 10 business days.
