Toyosi has a family member with autism spectrum disorder. She holds a Juris Doctor and a Master of Public Administration. She is passionate about advancing public policy to improve social and economic outcomes for adults with neurodevelopmental disabilities. Notable works include research on housing and a proposal titled “Policy Steps Toward Attaining Affordable and Supporting Housing for Adults with Autism, Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities.”
Toyosi served as The Daniel Jordan Fiddle Foundation policy fellow from 2021 through 2023, working closely with First Place and Arizona State University’s Morrison Institute for Public Policy on research, analysis and supportive policy recommendations.
