Natasha is deeply committed to supporting individuals with disabilities who are seeking gainful employment and volunteer opportunities. She holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management & Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Family & Human Development—both from Arizona State University. She is a Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP) and holds certificates focused on diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility.
Throughout her career, Natasha has worked with individuals with disabilities and promoted inclusion. Her experience includes serving as a community services supervisor, assisting families, and coordinated respite, habilitation and attendant care services. She serves as a member of the Association of People Support Employment Board, Arizona chapter and the Arizona Employment First committee.
