Mary-Sara is a health and human services changemaker who has been transforming care for more than 25 years through process redesign, innovative technology and person-centered design. She is driven by her commitment to improving access to care for the most vulnerable populations through more holistic approaches, leveraging her expertise to foster strategic relationships with state and local agencies, community-based organizations and health information technology providers.
As a business development manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS), Mary-Sara guided subject matter experts as they propelled credibility and expanded the company’s presence within health and human services agencies. Prior to AWS, Mary-Sara led Health and Human Services for IBM’s state and local government team where she led state, county and federal agencies to more effectively coordinate care delivery and implemented integrated care programs connecting health, social and criminal justice.
Mary-Sara holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Arizona and a Master of Philosophy from Arizona State University.
