Marcy holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in biology. Her background includes case management and providing habilitation and respite services. At First Place, Marcy initially served as a support specialist for three years, supporting residents with honing effective daily living skills. Currently, she is a key member of the vocational team, leveraging her organizational skills to enhance overall effectiveness. Working with the Director of Employment & Community Inclusion, Marcy contributes to the mission of supporting First Place–Phoenix residents and the greater community in attaining meaningful employment and volunteer opportunities. Her dedication to empowering individuals aligns with First Place’s commitment to helping foster independence and personal growth for the special populations it serves.
